I guess they are good for you since they make your body rid itself of your bad meals.

Researchers now believe black tea provides many of the same health benefits as green tea Perhaps hot water is the element which improves health. These "studies" are so 20th Century and so insignificant.

Perhaps it's only the water - or the air.
.. British heart experts said the benefits may be linked to the whole Japanese diet, which is healthier than that eaten in the west.

Actually, you've been able to buy green tea pills for years...and they're usually cheaper than that...

I'm drinking a cup of Earl Grey tea now. Why buy the pills when one can have the real thing?

Most east asian cuisine is far more healthy than American food. There's a Thai restaraunt in my town that is amazing.

I've been drinkking green tea for 5 years (4 cups a day0 and the stuff is awesome. It increases your base metabolic rate so you burn more calories even while reading FR. Chock full of anti-oxidants to fight the evil free radicals. Also an appetite supressant so you eat less. I have a stack of green tea bags on my desk at work and sip the stuff all day long.
Have not taken a pharamaceutical drug in 20 years and counting. Greeen tea is awesome and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

There can be no doubt.
120 million Japanese can't be wrong.
Although it is bitter as hell in Japan; one has to find ways to sweeten it without getting extra calories.
