Beckel slithered his way up to second string flame-thrower during the eight year Clinton debacle. He's worthless. The fact that he's even on television is a tribute to the peter principle.

Nope, I'm afraid I missed Bushbot & Dem-Zombie, I mean Hannity & Colmes tonight. I remember Beckel saying he is a born-again Christian on that show once, possibly in relation to addiction recovery (correlation to "drunk" and "nasty bully" statements).

I kind of know how he feels, I've got some less than perfect friends.

Agreed. I think the combativeness is mainly an act, calculated to attract a TV audience. They're like lawyers who virtually batter one another to death in the courtroom, then afterwards go out together to the local tavern for a drink.
That's the impression I get. I think these cable news shows where conservatives go against liberals are political WWF.

She hardly had a chance to get a word in edgewise since Bob Beckel was being his usual obnoxious self interrupting her over and over. That is a frequent tactic of the Dems - rudely interrupt and talk over the conservative pundit until they give up in frustration. Most of them are not willing to be as rude as the liberals are.

...the rest of the liberals in this country are living off the success of conservatives; why not Colmes???

I definitely agree with that but when she was asked if she thought that Cheney was delusional for saying he would have done Iraq again with the benefit of hind sight (paraphrasing of course) she danced like the Dems do.
I expected her to stand up for the action but she didn't.
She just went on talking about how the Dems keep bringing up Iraq.
I was disappointed.

I thought I heard her finally get in that she did not think Cheney and Rumsfeld were delusional. As I said, it is always hard to hear the conservative pundit when the lib is talking over them so it might have been my imagination.

She did say she didn't believe they were delusional but she didn't defend Cheney's statement which is what "Heckle" wanted her to do.
It was like a trap that he set expecting her to agree with his position that Iraq is a complete disaster so it is unfathomable to say he would do it all over again.
I just thought it would have been a good opportunity to again make the case of what an evil tool Saddam is and there wasn't any reason for him to have not been removed from power.
After all, Slobadan Milosavich was no threat to America and Clinton and Wesley Clark had him removed from power.
I believe hundreds of innocent Serbs died.
No congressional approval
No UN resolutions
If she believed the Iraq invasion was the right thing to do then she should still defend it.
I still think she is one of the good guys though.
I like your tag line.
I mean no offense by this but didn't George Michael were a T-shirt that said that on a Wham video?
I wonder what he meant by it.
I doubt it was the same thing.
