Someone needs to explain "degrees of outrage" to the so-called brotherhood. Their outrage has one degree: full-on and rabid, whether it be a silly cartoon, an author or artist questioning the Islamic culture, or a world-figure reasonably quoting an ancient offensive statement to serve as a backgound for intelligent discussion and dialogue.
