UNITED NATIONS Iran's nuclear activities are "transparent, peaceful and under the watchful eye" of United Nations inspectors, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told the U.N. General Assembly in a speech.

"Peace and Love"... Said the Spider to the Fly.
He also said: "the time for empires has ended" unless, of course, it's Islam.
I paticularly liked how he mentioned that the UN was a puppet of the US, and how we "manipulate the UN".
No! Mr. Iamanutjob, stinky ,hairy, short, Liesure Suit Larry, can't dress yourself without your mother and show proper respect to the world body by wearing a $2.00 thrift store suit and no tie (probably had flip flops on his feet), ISALMOFASCIST, we really can't pull all the strings at the UN, we just pay for them.
Ahmmanutjob is transparent and under the watchful eye of GW Bush.
I'm sure the MSM believes him. They were entralled with his very presence tonight. CNN, Brian Williams, NY Times, they were all seeing white light surrounding him all day.
We need to do this now why we're in a position of strength and it is on our terms! If we get a Chamberlain Dem elected in 2008, we won't be in a position of strength anymore and it won't be on our terms when we have to re-engage.
You got it. I've never seen this much blatant hatred toward a serving president in this country. And to blame it on Bush is ridiculous. He did the one thing that was guaranteed to have the left and the MSM hound and ridicule him every second ... he won the election.
War is never the answer, the killing is a disgrace to mankind.
The radical elements of Islam will never accept peace, the Iranian President knows this. His own country is controlled by religious fanatics more intent on maintaining power and control than in facing reality.
Pot to kettle black.
That said, he is a PhD in mechanical engineering and is not as stupid or as fanatical as many would have us believe. Bush would do well to consider accepting Iran's right to nuclear power as a source of energy and insist on keeping the 'nuclear bomb' issue as non-negotiable. Carter tried this under Clinton and we know what happened in North Korea.
Little over 10 years since TWA Flight 800 mysteriously went down off Long Island, wouldn't it be convenient Mahmouds also did the same on his way back to Iran?
Dam if I weren't in GWB's shoes I'd be thinking it........HARD!
Time to throw Ahmadinejad and the Ayatolla down the imam mahdi's well and then dump a ton of horse manure on top of them.
In one of his rare moments of perfect sense, Michael Savage pointed out, on his show yesterday, that the very people in this country that roll out the red carpet to this radicals are the very people with the most to lose if we lose this war. Do they think the Islamofascists are going to approve of abortion, homeosexuality, etc.?
Savage said that yesterday? Levin has been saying that forever. ;)
".......dump a ton of horse manure on top of them."
May I correct?
.......dump a ton of swine manure on top of them.
There, that's better!
I don't get Levin on the radio, I get Savage on the car radio so catch him on Monday's when I go for my massage.
I agree the UN is useless, but I see nor hear any movement to send them elsewhere...?
Iran is a relatively youthful country that is at odds with religious rule. Western culture is in decline as a result of decadence in the form of pornography, violence, and cultural transition away from Christianity towards secularism.
As a nation, we shall reap what we sow. I fear it is not a land of 'milk and honey,' but a land that has forsaken values and traditions for more 'trendy currents' whose undertow would drown us all.
Put. Down. The Crack-pipe. The heavy-water reactor in Arak will create plutonium in quantities. Why would he need plutonium if low-level enrichment will work fine for the creation of power?
Not to mention they've instuctions by AQ Khan for the creation of U-235 hemispheres for what? There is no reason for rounded spheres of uranium unless you're going to use it for the creation of critical mass. NONEWHATSOEVER. Negotiate for peaceful use of atomic energy? Excuse me, that's what the EU has been trying to do for months.
LOL................... the guy is a real yo yo.
Reminiscent of Michael Corleone's coup at the end of the Godfather II.
They broke the conditions. They have no right to nuclear power any more.
This is not something to negotiate with them or with the press or with you, about. It is done, baked in, over. Everyone on earth knows they are trying to get nuclear weapons, nobody is fooled in the least by the flowery speeches - which incidentally are all about the overthrow of the west not about electricity demand.
Cowards unwilling to face what they know Iran is doing, or barbaric enemies who hate the US more than they hate the prospect of nuclear war, are the only ones denying any of it. And they will get a million innocent people killed. And you are helping them do so, with your false implication that Iran can be left peaceful nukes.
I was slightly left before 9-11. That will never happen again.
I'm not a lawyer (and I didn't sleep in a Holiday Inn Express last night), but can someone please explain to me why we didn't take him into custody for his role in the 1979 hostage crisis? Haven't other world leaders avoided coming to the UN because they feared prosecution in this country?
