And the political whores in B.R. wonder why no one respects them...this is just one of hundreds of examples.
Yesterday, the Bond Commission awarded Morgan Keegan $1 Billion bond mandate - this on top of the $1.5 Billion in madates that it received in last 12 weeks. It just so happens that Morgan Keegan employs Whitney Kling as an intern - she is the daughter Whit Kling, the Executive Director of the Bond Commission, and he recommended his daughter's employer for the mandate. Wow, go figure. I am sure this was just a coincidence.
WTF?? I am contacting my congressmen to let them know I am outraged by this. Tax payer dollars, even if it is state dollars which the deficit will expected to be made up with federal tax dollars, should only go to infrastructure!!
