I'm not saying this is the right way to go but I can see a bit of logic to it.

Rebuilding housing projects does not encourage new business. Money follows money. The rich bring the money to town, not projects tenants.

If New Orleans is to be redone, and right, make a place for the rich and the money will follow.

I'm not saying a golf course is the way to go but the rich should be encouraged to INVEST in New Orleans and there is no money to be made from those who don't have any. Sounds cruel but that is just the way it is.

Well, there you go again - making sense out of things...

Housing projects should never be rebuilt, or ever built at all! They are little different from mass-breeding chicken farms.

At least with chickens, ya don't get the crime, drugs, and gang violence. Ya just get chicken-sh!t.............FRegards

rvoitier, discipler, good to see ya...
