Oh, they take it seriously. Everytime one of these threads is posted they make a concerted effort to bring down anyone who disagrees openly with Bush's agenda or policy.
But you are right. The agenda to have North American 'perimeter' security rather than boder security is, imo, exactly the reason why, even after the attacks of 9/11, Bush has refused (and will continue to refuse) to secure the border.
