That's what the Dad said...wait until he lives life without a computer, his IPOD and plasma TV...quoth the Father "He likes the good life...he won't find that in Cuba." How much you wanna bet he'll become Elian II. Castro will make sure this kid's life looks pretty damn good.

If he and his supporters had just armed themselves and rushed the student president's office he'd be receiving a hero's welcome in Cuba right now.

Whatever happened to just running away and joining the circus? Looks to me like he did.

I liked what his dad said-that once Junior finds out there are no iPods in Cuba, he'll want to come home...

The biggest lesson he could learn is to have to stay there.

This story stinks. There is no direct U.S. flights that go to Cuba. The kid either would have to go through Canada or Europe.

This story stinks. There is no direct U.S. flights that go to Cuba. The kid either would have to go through Canada or Europe. Try Nassau. For $157. Then Havana, for $315. Both charged to Dad's credit card, of course.

The story said he spent 3 weeks in Cuba with his mother, over the summer. I would think he would know what it was like.
I can't imagine having a 14 year old CUBAN BORN son who didn't understand or appreciate why we left. Did father and son discuss that? Does the boy believe Cuba to be ok? Puzzling.
