Thanks, this post reminded me to send in my contribution to help boot this kook. Mailing it today from Midland, Texas.
Thank you for supporting our efforts!
LOL...That billboard has got to really upset Murtha and his cronies being that it's right in his back yard.
Good luck for a successful rally this Sunday, wish I could be there.
Thanks. But how could it not be successful? Look at this thread's overwhelming response! [yawn]
The sign looks like someone has been throwing eggs at it...
PING for the BootMurtha Rally coming up Sunday.
Please excuse the number of pings this week but many important things are happening. :-)
What a great billboard.
Reminds of the anti enviralist billboard some Freepers including BOBTHENAILER, blackie, yours truly and others funded just outside of Medford after the big forest fires.
It drove the left wing enviral whackos nuts for over two months.
My Sept donation to our new congresswoman in 2007, will be sent via internet today. I have one more coming October.
Well if you can't make it and want a freeping opportunity click on the link to see what's happening in your area
(From an E-mail I got..yes i'm on several of these lists. always nice to know what the moonbats are up to)
We have just six weeks until Election Day. I don't need to tell you how much is at stake this year - from our stagnating economy to the mess in Iraq to our growing health care crisis - so there is no excuse for you not to be involved.
That is why this Saturday, September 30th, America Votes, a coalition of the largest progressive organizations in the country, is coordinating a National Day of Action.
Please join us as we work in key states to make a difference and bring more voters to the polls.
There are a number of ways to participate: get out into your neighborhood, make calls from home, go to a rally, or host a house party.
To find out what is happening near you and how you can get involved, please visit:
More than any other recent election, 2006 could be a turning point in the progressive community. We have a real opportunity to take our country back. But to do so, we can't just sit home and hope others get involved. We need to stand up and make a difference.
Be a part of history and join the legion of activists who will knock on doors, make phone calls, register voters, and organize the vote in 2006.
No matter what issue most concerns you this year - the environment, choice, worker's rights, civil rights - you can make a difference with America Votes this Saturday.
Our broad coalition represents the entire progressive movement, and we connect you with like-minded organizations and individuals.
This year, activists across the country will choose to make a difference and hit the streets.
Join us and together we can turn the tide.
P.S. Help build the progressive movement by telling your friends about America Votes and the September 30th Day of Action:
You are the best Grampa ever!!! ;*)
NP Jaz! You are correct...there are many important things happening these days. It will probably get MUCH busier as we approach NOVEMBER 7th!
Thanks for the ping! See you Sunday?
My Grandkids and their parents would probably agree with you.
Liberals see me as a Clear and Present Danger to their survival as BS artists and traitors.
Yep. More tolerance from our friends on the left.
Roger that, Dave ~ that was a super billboard ~ so is this one!
It will be great when old Murtha gets the Boot!
ROTFLOL! What economy are they talking about?
DOW PASSES ALL-TIME HIGH
At 9:39AM ET: 11,724.46 35.22
Gas is now around $2.00/gallon
Sales of New Homes Jump in August
I MUST be blind.....where is this "stagnating economy" of which they speak?
Yes ma'am. Barring catastrophe, I'll be there early helping set up.
I am sure they would! ;*)
Great! See you then!
Thanks for your support for Mrs. Irey, she'll be a great Congresswoman.
YES!...Got to get those Irey voters stirred up and motivated to give Murtha his walking papers.
"The blood has been spilled in Iraq of more than 4,000 foreigners who came to fight,"
Link to article!
Now what were they saying about the "mess in Iraq"?
It is time to put the BOOT to Murtha!
The Boot Murtha Rally ought to be a huge motivator for the region.
"Thanks for your support for Mrs. Irey, she'll be a great Congresswoman."
If we get her elected, my grandkids might get to vote for her to be President.
What an inheritance that would be to pass on to our grandkids, booting Murtha and electing Irey!
A man's enemies is often a testament to that man.
I still get + and - comments from people in Medford when they see the front bumper sticker on my OJ Simpson Bronco, saying what was on that billboard.
Also, I hope you would take part in the Life Chain on Oct. 1 is a destination close to you. (I hope!)
From what I've been able to learn about her since she announced her candidacy in March, you could very well be correct. And I think she would make an excellent President.
In Murtha's backyard - Johnstown PA
FReepers want to know what a fellow FReeper (Diana Irey)
is actualy doing in the real world to defeat cut and run Murtha
Every REAL Conservative on FR should be promoting Diana Irey on the internet
"Point" the media to
How old are your grandkids? 2008 may be too soon. 2012 may work depending on who is elected in '08. 2016 would be good and Mrs. Irey would still be young, mid-50's.
The problem is, her running mate won't be of age to run for 16 years. ;*(
I'm sure we can get all the details worked out in plenty of time. Also, Diana's youngest daughter proclaimed many years ago that SHE would be the first woman President! ;*)
ROTFLOL! Will you be at the BOOT MURTHA RALLY Sunday? We could have that candlelight vigil Saturday night.....for the terrorists and al-Murthawi. ;*)
