In my own words - the plantiffs are alledging a Christmas play, praying parents, national prayer day and teacher-led prayer in a public school have traumatized their child and they need attorneys fees and compensatory or nominal damages to get over it. The plantiffs are not named in the suit for fear they will be attacked and ostracized.
Fight the creeps wherever they are.
If they win their case, would that set a precedent for ALL homeschoolers to be subsidized by the district? That would be awesome...
I can't say this with 100% certainty, but I believe I read just the other day that she is PeeWee Herman's sister. Wouldn't surprise me.

US Constitutional law trumps both.
With district $$ comes requirements to make sure its spent correctly. Don't touch govt money with a 10 foot pole.....
