I'm sure the Donks will sue to keep Foley's name on the ballot on November 7th and not allow him to be replaced by another GOP candidate. Any chance of keeping the seat will only be through a write-in campaign.
Apparently, according to Florida law, his name will stay on the ballot, but all votes for him are counted for his replacement.
I actually don't like that at all as a matter of law, but it is what it is, and it'll help us.
