United front? Only insofar as it gets us to quit yapping about Iran. The China and Russia don't seriously think we're going to bomb Iran, so they'll offer this scrawny diplomatic fig leaf for us to cover ourselves with. The minute that we start acting like we're contemplating an imminent attack on Iran, all of this diplomatic cover will be stripped away. They'll turn on us so fast it'll start a whirlwind.
