SOULLESS: Ann Coulter and the Right Wing Church of Hate

Lefty sow Susan Estrich, attorney to Leona Helmsley, Claus von Bulow, and Michael Milken, now snorts for your attention in an incalculably tasteless and repulsive way.
Her new book, SOULLESS - designed to look EXACTLY like Coulter's GODLESS - claims not only to excoriate Ann but also "cast(s) a light on 'the Anns', 'wannabes' like Michelle Malkin and Glenn Beck".
On the cover, Estrich stretches the seams of a black cocktail dress and sneers knowingly at the camera.
Yep, the book looks just like Ann's, and she's dressed up to look like a bloated, wrinkly version of Ann... Except for the necklace: E-Stretch has the gall to wear a Mogen David around her neck.
I've got a copy of the book right in front of me, and all I can think of is just how very ugly the Left has become: utterly devoid of ideas, wheezing away their short, deceitful days, clinging to whatever symbols they can desecrate, spewing nonsensical vitriol, and braying like retarded mules when they don't get enough attention.

Holy cow! The had to chop off a whole mess of pixels just to give Estrich a man-waist. I see they didnt do anything for the man-hand issue. Her face looks like it had to be digitally warped as well.
One big difference, Ann's book has a #1 NYT bestseller mark...

Mogen David is cheap Jewish wine. The Star of David is a religious symbol. I just want to know why whoever wrote the article took such a snide shot at Judaism.

She doesn't look too bad for a fifty year old, post-menopause woman. Have you ever seen what she really looks like? I would never have recognized her cover picture, if I hadn't been told it was her.

I wrote the piece. I am an observant Conservative Jew, a diligent Freeper, and I went to good French-Canadian Catholic schools to boot! Mogen David is just an alternate transliteration of Magen David. Check it out, Yo. Respek !
The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language: Fourth Edition. 2000.
Magen David
SYLLABICATION: Ma·gen Da·vid
PRONUNCIATION: mgn dôvd, dvd, mä-gn dä-vd
VARIANT FORMS: also Mo·gen Da·vid
NOUN: A six-pointed star, a symbol of Judaism, that is formed by placing two triangles together, one inverted over the other or interlaced. Also called Shield of David, Star of David.
ETYMOLOGY: Hebrew mgn dwd, shield of David : mgn, shield (from gnan, to cover; see gnn in Appendix II) + Dwd, David; see dwd in Appendix II.

Please help me! I'm beginning to lose my Freepin' way. I remember Rush saying that liberals only believe in symbolism over substance. You know, symbols like WMD's, healthcare, and poverty(ewww).
Anyway, I was arguing with this point with a liberal and he said that the right wingers were more guilty of name-calling, flag-waving, and hate-mongering than thier counterparts on the left. I told him thats nonsense. He replied: "look at your side's rhetoric a little more closely."
Well... I did, and because I'm always honest(my downfall!)I began to notice that, he is right. Even by glancing at this post. It seems to be all name-calling with no substance. I now feel that we would gain more recruits if we explained why we are for war, money, and nationalism rather than semicolon. With two-thirds of the country now against us, I don't see how we can survive if we don't change.

You're right. This particular post is mostly name calling with no substance. ("Bush is an alcoholic idiot".) Sometimes, on FreeRepublic, we call people names. Sometimes they deserve it - ("Foley is a creep") - and sometimes they don't entirely deserve it. It's all part of the joy of being part of a community that roundly shies away from gun-grabbin', tax-hikin', baby-killin', cheese-eatin', back-stabbin', and hershey highway hitchhikin'. My advice is to enjoy the fun, and if you can't, ignore threads that you feel aren't "substantial" enough!
