Everyone in Washington knew what was going on. It is all part of the good ole boy network. They need to just clean house and start at the top with Hasert!

ABC is the one who is responsible for keeping it in the public eye. They are releasing things a bit at a time and it will last all the way until November if they have their way. ABC SLEEZE is happy because they want the GOP to GO DOWN!

Take a look at this: Michael Rogers of Blogactive threatened Kirk Fordham too. In July 2004

"ACTION: Write to Kirk Fordham, at the Mel Martinez for U.S. Senate campaign Please take a moment to read my open letter to Kirk Fordham, Finance Director Mel Martinez's U.S. Senate Campaign. Once you've read it, be sure to write Kirk an email to tell him how you feel about an openly gay man serving on the staff of a homophobe. (Be sure to add BLOGActive@hotmail.com to the cc line!)"

It helps to read the attached story. He was a former staffer of Foley's now working for (well until today) Tom Reynolds.

This is like Plamegate. Who do the Dems really want to hit. It was Rove for Plamegate.

It looks like it's Reynolds from this chair. I'm an Upstate New Yorker. Reynolds is great. Hillary would love to get rid of him.

P.S. Just got a recorded message form the Dems. The hit is on and it does look like Reynolds is the real target.

It was Rove for Plamegate.

no - the real Plamegate target was Cheny. Having removed the successor, the stage would be set for impeachment...

This Foley crap is nothing but nonsense and noise. He resigned. He is under investigation. He will be prosecuted. Meanwhile the REAL important stuff is not being talked about so the Junk Media drama queens can hyperventilate about a complete NON issue and divert attention off the Democrats complete lack of anything that even looks like a sane idea of a plan for our future.
You tax bill, the War on Terrorism, the Border, your kids future, NSA bill pending in front of Congress, Judges, Spending, Jobs and the Economy, ALL the real issues that the next Congress will have to deal with will STILL be here and need a resolution a month from now when NO one even remembers Foley's name.

It seems to me, that when a public figure does something, especially something like this....it's automatically in the public eye.

Doesn't the chief of staff usually lose their job if the person they're chief for resigns?

Hey, don't dwell in the niggling details, the MSM is on a roll...

Fordham was the guy who used to be Foley's staff guy who went to ABC for Foley and asked them not to actually PUBLISH the IMs.

He apparently was also the guy who last year convinced someone (Shimkus?) not to let the entire page board see the original e-mails.

I'm glad he's gone. I defended him yesterday against charges he was trying to "cover up" the IMs, but he certainly caused a lot of our problems.

Now if we could just remove Shimkus from the Page board, we will have covered all the ACTUAL problems know from this scandal.

I'm on the fence with Hastert, NOT because I think he should have been able to do something last year about this, but because on Friday he said he had never seen the e-mails, while 2 republican congressmen say he DID see the e-mails, and in any case he SHOULD have looked at the e-mails when it was brought to his attention.

Yea What's the difference - he's not working for any congressman - Foley resigned!

First line of story: "The chief of staff for Republican Congressman Tom Reynolds, Kirk Fordham, was reportedly fired today for his role in the handling of the congressional page scandal,..."
