Count Josh Hartnett among the conspiracy buffs regarding Sen. Paul Wellstone's untimely death in a 2002 plane crash in northern Minnesota. The cover boy in this month's GQ says, " 'It didn't make any sense' " about the accident that killed Wellstone, his wife, Sheila, their daughter, the pilots and three others.
"He's angry, and he's not convinced that pilot error or mechanical failure or fog was to blame for the crash," writes GQ's Alex Pappademas, who noted that Hartnett "points out how close the race was, how Republicans were hell-bent on winning control of the Senate, how George W. Bush" made several visits to Minnesota "to support Wellstone's opponent, Norm Coleman."
Hartnett is quoted as saying, "It was really, really suspicious, but I don't even want to think that. I just hope it's not true, because that would just be so, so, so wrong."

My daughter bumped into him at a club she was working at
in NYC, and he was so out of it he mistook my daughter for
his supposed friend Rain Phoenix, who she really doesn't resemble much at all.
Since I've moved to an area with several small airports near by I've come to realize just how many small plane crashes there are. In ten years I've seen at least a dozen crashes. only a couple were serious but they do happen very often.
Rove understands this and is introducing some new 'superbugs' to kill off the weaklings that shouldn't have made it this far.

Wait, Heinz died in a plane crash, Wellstone and didn't the Senate candidate/Govenor of Missouri die right before the election. Gee, I used to think rock stars ought to stay out of planes...looks like Senators too.

I don't know...have you seen pictures of the crash site? There is no way that aircraft aluminum could shear like that. The forces involved were translateral, yet the struts were sheared laterally, like someone used a pyrotechnic bolt cutter module tied to a cell phone.
The whole thing is highly suspicious and I want Congress to fully investigate it.
The engine block was found within the crash 80% circle, which is hardly possible with a crosswind descent unless it was revving over spec, like methyl ethyl ketone was added to the fuel "accidentally".

This had nothing to do with the airplane.
Tahe pilot faked his qualifications as I recall.
He was in way over his head.
You may fake your paper qualifications, but when it comes down to it, you are screwed if you try to fake your ability to handle the airplane. Sooner or later, you will have to make an instrument landing, and if you can't do it, you will be the first one to the crash site.
I asked because I don't want people think I'm not hip..with it...a hep cat.
Is it true that large quantities of plane parts from 9/11 were found on the crash site?
