FBI's Foley 'assessment' focuses on Istook staffer

From combined dispatches The FBI's ongoing "assessment" to determine whether disgraced former Florida Rep. Mark Foley violated federal law is focusing, in part, on a 21-year-old former page working on a gubernatorial campaign in Oklahoma. Lawyer Stephen Jones, who represented convicted terrorist Timothy McVeigh, said yesterday that he been retained by the former page, Jordan Edmund, and was "reviewing" the matter.

In my post, above, I used the "fag" word and in quotes. This word is from the linguistic set used very commonly in San Francisco by younger gays referring to older gays. Am I abusing FR rules by posting that word here? (I don't like the word any more than I've always disliked the "N***er" "Sp**" or "C***" words; so I've never used them in any form of vocabulary except educational). But If I have abused FR rules, please delete my above post.

No, you have not. Don't forget, the queers had the program, queer eye for the straight guy. And remember, it's ok for a demonRAT KKK grand klegle and senator of West Virginia to say "white nigger" twice on TV with no backlash, but Trent Lott loses his leadership position in the senate because he lauds an old man during his 100th birthday party. No double standard there.

Also, did you see the info yesterday that the-then Clerk of the House, who was the administrator of the entire page program, and who supposedly is one of the guys who went to Foley and told him to knock it off is an out gay man? His name is Jeff Trandahl.

Someday yesterday posted a link to a bio on the House page site. The person had worked for Istook and there was some connection to Jordan Edmund. So maybe it was just a case of somebody knowing someone and recommending them for a job.
