Did Cavuto ask him why, if it's the Republicans who've been winning by voter fraud, the Dims are the ones fighting the laws that will mitigate voter fraud?

I'm renewing mine online

Not in NJ, you're not. It has to be done in person.

Still, you have to show an ID to get into their courthouse.

I suppose you could write a state law that simply cited the ID requirements applicable at the federal courthouses.

Liberals would find another Court blocking the new law. That's rats' "philosophy": fraud after fraud.

I had similar experience in Texas when i went to get a drivers license.

While you waited in line they asked if you would like to fill out a Voter registration card. I had an armful of documents (birth certificates, social security etc etc) I needed for a drivers license, but they did not need to see any of those to reigtser to vote.

I was outraged. I know our nation is deliberately being destroyed and undermined by the trans-national elites.

There is a new aristocracy developing. It is fueled by a semi-capitalistic economy and governed as a bougoisie socialism and kept under control by massive propaganda and a corrupt judiciary.

This war has been underway since immediately after WWII. (though pro-socialist elities began their work in the 20's.)

The enemy does not put on Indian feathers and war paint so you know who they are.

The enemy is your neighbor who believes in the supremacy of the state, believes all cultures are equal and believes Christianity is a cult of superstitious idiots.

Americans are no longer "rugged individualists". They are no longer crying "No King but King Jesus".

They have been made fat, dumb and happy. (everyone is working and well paid and well fe; but they are deliberately miseducated and they are distracted and entertained 24/7 with 60" HD TV screens, movies, sports, NASCAR...etc)

There is no time to take back the government we are just too darn well taken care of (like prisoners...no worries).

Its time to just start ignoring these courts.

The action of the Ninth Circuit Court is to allow illegal aliens to vote. It will also allow people to vote more than once.

Voter fraud is the only hope Democrat/Socialists have of winning any office.

If even that fails we can expect an attempt at a military cop.

I can see Dr. Howard Dean now in camo clothes charging up Pennsylvania Ave. leading Swedish U.N. Blue Helmets, firing a Chinese AK-47 from the hip and screaming, "It's ours damn it."

Just out of curiousity, why didn't the Republican take it to court if there was evidence of voter fraud?

The race was very close, if I remember correctly.

Here's an interesting question: Rather than the havng the moonbat left attack laws that require proper ID to vote, why can't we on the right commence lawsuits that challenge laws or practices that allow people to vote without providing proof of eligibility. Seems to me that if illegal aliens, legal non-citizens, and felons are allowed to vote, then my rights as a legal voter have been diminished in violation of the "one man, one vote" doctrine.

I agree whole heartedly with everything you said.

Except, I believe it started around the turn of the century.

This war has been underway since immediately after WWII. (though pro-socialist elities began their work in the 20's.)

For starters:
The 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913

Federal Reserve Act of Congress in 1913

Communications Act of 1934

Department of Transportation and the Interstate Commerce Commission established by Congress in 1887

why didn't the Republican take it to court if there was evidence of voter fraud?

They DID! Gov. Fraudoire was sworn in after the third vote count that FINALLY gave her a few vote lead. By the time the case made it's way through the courts, she had been the fraudulent governor for months.

Yes, you read that correctly. Rossi was still leading after 2 counts. After the 3rd count gave the Fraud a few point lead, she was immediately named governor and sworn in. Amazing isn't it?

What if a future dem Congress and President were to one day say that the ONLY acceptable form of voter ID was a chip implanted under your skin. Said chip would provide a DNA summary and all medical records, name, address, all financial/account info etc.

Would everyone then be opposed to a 9th circus ruling such as this one?

why can't we on the right commence lawsuits

NO GUTS! Or in "their" words;
"we are better than that"
"that is not the way to handle this" (without providing a viable way to control it)
"we take the high road"
"we don't want to be like them"
etc etc etc ad nauseam.

Wow! That is quite a jump from proving you are who you say you are and that you are a LEGAL citizen of the USA and eligible to vote.

Are you okay with the fact that anyone can walk across our borders and vote?
Are you okay with the fact that dead people vote?
Are you okay with the fact that some, legal or illegal, voters vote multiple times?

If our elections are fraudulent, so is our country.

red herring.

FLORIDA HAS HAD ID LAWS FOR DECADES MANY IF NOT MOST STATES HAVE ID LAWS.

This is just an effort ot have illegal aliens vote.

What is the (alleged) basis for this ruling?

Not sure which ones the 9th circuit accepted in their decision, but the arguments that I have seen revolve around the idea that requiring id's constitue a 'poll tax' in that people must pay to get the I.D.'s and/or they have to pay to get the documentation proving their citizenship (birth certificates, passports etc...)

Other claims are that it violates the 1964 Civil rights act and the 1965 Voting rights act.
