Sen. Kerry Still Fighting Swift Boat Veterans

Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., lashed out Sunday against a group that campaigned against him during his last run at the White House.
Kerry said he is concerned that Swift Vote Veterans for Truth is again resorting to "the politics of fear and smear."
The group, financed by Texas conservatives, ran commercials questioning his Vietnam record - the centerpiece of his presidential campaign in 2004. Those same conservatives have formed another group this year - Economic Freedom Fund - to campaign against Democrats across the country.
"We're not going to give them an ounce of daylight," said Kerry, who is considering another run at the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008.
The senator said his response to the commercials in 2004 was not strong enough.
"We thought the fact that the truth was out there was enough," he said. "Clearly it wasn't."

Didn't anyone buy me read the Swift Boat book?
1/4 of the book covered the facts surrounding JFKerry's service (or lack thereof) while in 'Nam.
3/4 of the book covered JFKerry's acts of treason as he participated in the loonie fringe of the anti-war movement, finally testifying in front of Congress. JFKerry is a hero to the NVA!!
Why does the press center on the first 1/4 and forget about the most damming part in the rest of the book?

Simple, Senator Kerry...produce an Honorable Discharge or DD Form 214. I've got mine, where's yours?

What a pathetic paglacci; a prune-faced pinhead.
Somebody give him a red bulbous nose, some whiteface, orange hair a big frilly collar, and striped, baggy pantalones so he can dress the part he plays every day.
Every time he opens his smug, smarmy pizza hole, he digs himself deeper.
Does this pompous poodle even register in any polling?

Rush, as he often does, said it best.
In an on-air reply to, I believe it was Nancy Pelosi, who said, "We won't get Swift-Boated this time!", Rush laughed confidently and replied:
"Oh, yes, you will."

Kerry can solve this situation of who is lying by signing his form 180, but he keeps refusing. He call the Swiftees liars , but he hasnt the courage to put his record oputthere where we all can see it.

I read the book.
There was 1 page where I just about wanted to weep. Perhaps p 67, can't recall. Probably others, but I had many distractions on that day when I read the SwiftBoat heroes book.
I sent my copy over to Iraq after I read the thing. I wanted to share the experience with a few of our younger heroes.
Kerry is pure shameless scum.
He knows that he will never get the votes of anyone who honestly read that book. He is aiming for a lower target. He is aiming for folks who can't, don't, or won't actually read such a book.
He is a joke, but it is a sick joke.

He better fight Bob Dole as well--"...three scratches and your out..." was a great line summarizing Kerry who spent four months and 12 days in Viet Nam and returned to describe horror stories to a Congressional panel. What a dork!

O'Neil, the Swifttee's, and POW's that joined them were and still are heros.
I miss seeing O'Neil all over TV though. I'd almost like Kerry to get a good steam in the primaries just to see O'Neil return again. The Democrats just cannot deal with REAL military HEROS and Patriots with the spine to smack them down. So unlike the politicians they normally deal with that let them get away with their lies.

Did Old Kerry sign off on his medical record report yet? It seems to me that all the Purple Heart stuff could be put to rest by showing us ( Vietnam Vets) who signed off on the PH awards. How about it John? Who signed off on your PH awards? Your commander? CO? Medical officer? Who signed off on the awards? No big deal Johnny. It will end when you release the information. It will shut everyone up and allow you some space. Form #180?

I would welcome a Kerry run for president. The Dems wouldn't support him because he already lost the big one. You only get one shot if you're a Dem since it's all smoke and mirrors. Personally, I think in '08 the Republicans can run the yellow dog against any of the Vichy-Americans in the Democrat party and win going away with it.

I don't think these guys are gonna give us, Senator.

Hey, John "Vichy" Kerry -- release your records, ALL of them, unedited and unredacted, and then we'll talk.
Until then, you're just another lying smearing scumbag of the left.
