When they won the ALDS and partied with the fans, I decided to root for them since my Padres were flat and going nowhere.

Puts the ludicrousness of the Yankees' payroll in clearer persepctive.

That said, I am nervous as a cat in a roomful of rocking chairs.

World Series in Detroit!

Lotsa untraceable cell phones were purchased in Michigan recently.

It's my paranoia...sorry.

LOL! Well, there were riots after the Tigers won the Series in 1984. I guess I still remember those....

'Course, Detroit isn't the only place with sports riots.... I seem to recall Boston had one within the last couple of years.

For years, the Rangers were Orioles East.

To: pinz-n-needlez; Bahbah; cardinal4

Now see, I am going to be in trouble with Bahbah and cardinal4 because they live in Missouri...

I don't know if either of them are baseball fans...but, if it is St. Louis opposite Detroit...I will have to rely on the taste and breeding you say I have...to tread carefully abound them....LOL
