A radio station in Houston has posted on its website two video clips of a Texas elementary school "diversity" assembly where a volunteer leads students in saying a pledge of allegiance to the Mexican flag.
Station KTRH has posted both a video clip showing elementary students cheering and waving Mexican flags, and a separate clip showing people the school described as volunteers leading students in the pledge in Spanish.
The story by Scott Braddock of KTRH notes that "whether students also recited the Mexican pledge remains a point of contention," however the audio clearly indicates that students are reciting the pledge along with the volunteer leader, because their voices can be heard finishing the final phrase well after the volunteer has finished.

This needs to be shown around the nation......BEFORE November 7th
My daughter and I went to an Hispanic History Month event at her school. The speaker asked how many people spoke spanish, it was about 2/3rds of the audience, and she said it was great that she could talk both to 'her' spanish-speaking brethren And the "english-speaking" people.
She later said that it was great that we had all come to realise the melting pot was bad, and that we had learned that instead of all having to join the "white culture", we could all celebrate our own cultures.
About 1/3rd of her speech was spanish. She was using the word "celebration" as an acronym, and "n" was for "nations", since she said there was no reason we couldn't celebrate both the american nation AND our own nations.
is this any different from the mosques?
how about the fundraising from the mosques to send home to fight the ugly americans?
Every teacher and staff member involved should be out looking for a new job tomorrow.
Home schooling is the wave of the future. Too bad EVERYONE has to pay for this garbage whether they have children or not.
Diversity is a synonym for DIVISION.
Interesting. As long as people have "their nation" and "their culture", they are not part of our nation or our culture. My ancestors came here from Norway and Translyvania because those places SUCKED. I presume that is why the mexicans came here, because Mexico SUCKS. If they came here because Mexico is such a great place, with wonderful opportunities, then they are STUPID. If, as I suspect, they really came here because Mexico is just another third world country with no freedom, no opportunity and no government of the people, by the people and for the people, with no Constitution or real rights, then why are they so "proud" of such a place?
Don't really expect an answer, but I am curious.
The speaker was obviously a leftist and now you have given ammunition to those on FR who will say that every hispanic is to the left of fidel castro.
The thing that gets me on these threads is that some on FR will blame the hispanic students, while they are silent about the NEA/leftist controlled public schools.
Recycled news is what WND is best known for
Blah blah blah....
THIS would make excellen grist for a campaign commercial.
At least a hail marry commercial. (if harris had any money...)
welllll excuse me!! LMAO
those of us who don't live in TX and watch KTRH in Houston might not be aware that your fellow Texans are pledging allegiance to el Mexico.
if you showed as much concern about the issue maybe this sort of thing wouldn't be happening in YOUR STATE!
Oh, yes, another WND basher.
Where do you get most of your "news" friend, PRAVDA or the NY Times?
Sheesh. Give it a rest or come up with a legitimate reason for your resentment of a (most of the time) very good source of information and news--other than they being a little more religious-based than most. Perhaps that's your problem? A little anti-Christian are you?
