There was one notable one that I can't recall that gave congressional testimony.
Subpoenas were served on both men but, before either could be deposed, one checked himself into a hospital for elective back surgery and the other had himself arrested and committed to a mental institution. At last press reports, he was released from the psychiatric hospital and fled the country to Vietnam via Hawaii. Yikes! Is this really true?
I watched the film on DVD. It is probably still available from a web site. It is very moving.
