I am now convinced the Barron's article reported by Drudge is completely accurate.

Tony Snow caught the press corp with their pants around their ankles the other day. He told them it was obvious the press was trying to plant negative stories saying the Republicans had not hope in order to supress the GOP vote. The press looked at their shoes and grinned like a child caught stealing money from Mommy's purse.

The Barron's analysis shows that the strategy of the DNC and the MSM (who are calling each other on the phone daily by the way in order to coordinate strategy) will now work.

Our analysis -- based on a race-by-race examination of campaign-finance data -- suggests that the GOP will hang on to both chambers, at least nominally. We expect the Republican majority in the House to fall by eight seats, to 224 of the chamber's 435. At the very worst, our analysis suggests, the party's loss could be as large as 14 seats, leaving a one-seat majority.

If the Dems fail to retake the House it'll the biggest indicator yet of the waning power of the MSM. They may take it harder than the Dems do.

The Dems and the MSM have set the bar so high that anything short of Pelosi becoming speaker will come as a big shock to the Dummies. When your fans expect you to win the World Series they won't be satisfied with just a playoff appearance.

Nope they were going for the whole enchilada with nancy leading them. I t will be a devaststaing loss for them and the media, which has pulled out all stops for the democrats.

When the GOP keeps control it will be a death knell for the dinosaur media.

And when that's the case usually the fans will demand a change of management. The question is which Dem will get the ax? Dean? If so will the moonbats support the move or is he still their guy?

Well Byrd is so untouchable right now and also i have a feeling Shelly will lose her seat and i think the Dem's will pick up two seats in my county in the Statehouse

This would be their biggest defeat ever. Which is ironic because the GOP will be able to claim a huge victory even if they lose seats.
