It's called elections and over time the 'land' will be ALL of France. Not that I care, mind you. Glad I visited France all those many years ago when it was indeed romantic and beautiful. I'm also glad I saw Notre Dame, as it probably won't be around in 10-20 years and will be just a pile of rubble.
We need to learn some lessons from this. I don't think as a society here we should encourage immigrant clustering if we can avoid it. We should be setting the stage for the second generation immigrants to move into the mainstream
A very important point that I have never forgotten, that I learned long ago: in generations past, immigrants DID cluster and it was for a VERY good reason. Namely the ones who had come earlier TAUGHT the later arrivals how to behave in the new country. For example, one of the first lessons learned was that when the new arrival tossed the slop bucket contents out the window onto the sidewalk in New York, the neighbors immediately said, "Ya vol! Vee do not do theese here!" Unfortunately, these current immigrants believe that we longer-term citizens are supposed to adapt to the practice of tossing the slop busket contents out the window.

No, it will never happen. This is one reason why American liberals (Kerry comes to mind) adore the French. It is because they TALK AND TALK AND TALK about something but NEVER take any action. It ees goood to haff theeese leetle talks, vu seee, no?
The civilized countries of the world have no qualms about slaughtering their own innocent unborn who have caused no problems. Yet hesitate to blow away the young thugs spawned by illegal aliens who with the blessings of their chicken sh*t parents are hell bent on destroying civilizations.

Surrender is the French way of life. This is why the violence and riots continue in France.
Clustering of immigrants worked great for tens of decades here in the U.S. See Little Italy, Chinatown, etc., in most big cities. One of problems is that some countries encourage people to claim that they are deserving of everything that they **want**. These people drop all humility and morals and start taking what they want, behaving like animals.
This is a complex issue, with the immigrants being both perpetrator and victim. The first thing I would do is resolve to not rebuild the projects that isolate the immigrants and create this culture. The immigrants continue to destroy the buildings, and the government keeps replacing them. Just condemn and knock down the buildings one at a time as they become uninhabitable. This will force the residents out, into the mainstream of the cities. I would not build new projects for them anywhere, they must disperse, and integrate with the rest of France. For those who can do that, fine, for those who won't, build extra prisons, maybe the size of the projects themselves. And the choice will be with each immigrant to integrate, or not.
Only for as long as they are afraid to take out their belt-fed machine guns and shoot down as many Muslim thugs as it takes to keep order. If that turns out to be all of them, so much the better.

Actually it is quite reasonable and appropriate. No government should stand by idly when there is widespread insurrection. They should machine-gun the crowds until they stop rioting, even if that means tens of thousands of corpses in the streets, or indeed means slaughtering every Muslim in France. No pity, no mercy, no apology. It is time for the Europeans to take their countries back from the invaders.
