Looks like the poster got zotted. I don't think it was for what he/she said, I think it is because they must have come back with another name.
This particular troll has been banned about 846 times and counting. He knows he'll be banned again. He lives for it. Must be hell being a troll.
57, 60 restored. Annoying retread zotted.
Thanks for the explanation.
Good Gosh.
I do have this image of some semi-deranged person sitting behind a keyboard, trying desperately, over and over again to get into Free Republic.
Sure doesn't sound healthy! If only they just came on to debate their stand on issues in civil terms...oh wait...they CAN'T do that...
I don't find anything new on this story just now; waiting for more info. Interesting that the thread host, MVV, disappeared but refreshing that we got the truth out in the open about the current main scream media collusion with the enemy (both of 'em).
I think he might be back as michaelhoward. I just got a freepmail, and sounds like the same person.
I'm kinda thinking he likes it. Some sort of cyber masochism. Personally I live NOT to get banned. I would find it humiliating.

I had a post pulled once because I posted an address of a person who hung a dummy dressed in BDU's from the side of his house with a hangman's noose.
I was sufficiently pentient.
Oh, you're bad! ;)

Spell Check is Your Friend...I meant "penitent"
I was pretty angry...but...I understand why the thread got pulled. Rules are rules...
And if we are not a country of laws, what are we then?
We don't need no steenkin roolz! Oh wait, yes we do!
I think I'd better hit the hay, I gotta get up and chase 4th graders in a few hours! Night....

Overwhelming force, complete destruction of the enemy's capacity to wage war, total victory, unconditional surrender, military government, gradual return of power to the defeated (and now reformed) enemy under a representative form of government based on the principles of liberal democracy. Oh, and severe punishment of neighbors -- e.g., Syria, Iran -- for interfering.
It worked well in WWII, and would work in Iraq. We're using the Korean War & Vietnam War models, both failures. Time to use a successful strategy.
I disagree.
It would be fine to smash the infrastructure of the country we are at war with, kill as many of their people as it takes to make them unconditionally surrender and take over their country. Sure, we are big and powerful, and we could bring the full brunt of the US Military muscle to bear, and use B-52's to carpet bomb the crap out of the cities until there is nobody there to surrender.
Many people think it would be a fine application of nuclear weapons.
The difference here is that we are NOT at war with the Iraqi people or even the Iraqi government. We are fighting a group WITHIN the country that does not control the country. We could be like the Nazis, the Japanese and the Soviets, to whom individuality is something to be stamped out and life is cheap. Make them FEAR us. It is easy to do that. But it would not be the American way. Being American and doing the right thing is harder to do. It takes blood, treasure and time.
We may eventually fail in our approach and take the course of carpet bombing their cities or using nuclear weapons. There is plenty of time to target nuclear weapons for city centers, if that is what some want to do. I hope that if it comes to that, we will know that we have exhausted other methods first.
Just my opinion.
