Hillary Clinton on Bush White House: "They Put Nixon to Shame"

Hillary Clinton addressed a gathering Wednesday night organized by the Greater Voices Coalition of New York, a consortium of LGBT Democratic organizations, according to Gay City News.

In her first statements following Wednesday's New Jersey Supreme Court ruling that same-sex couples must be afforded the same marriage rights as heterosexual couples, Clinton said that her position on LGBT issues "has certainly evolved" and added that were New York Gubernatorial hopeful Eliot Spitzer to introduce same-sex marriage legislation in the state as he has promised, she would support it:

"My position is consistent. I support states making the decision. I think that Chuck Schumer would say the same thing. And if anyone ever tried to use our words in any way, we'll review that. Because I think that it should be in the political process and people make a decision and if our governor and our Legislature support marriage in New York, I'm not going to be against that... So I feel very comfortable with being able to refute anybody who tries to pit us or pit me against Eliot. I am not going to speak out against, I'm not going to oppose anything that the governor and the Legislature do."

This coming from a woman who got away with her coverup? Unindicted conspirator in Travelgate, the mastermind of Whitewater, the employer of Craig Livingston, the one who "lost" the Rose Law Firm records? Compared to her, Bill Clinton is a moral paragon.

The lady has absolutely no morals. Most people DO NOT want marriage redefined to include homosexuals. It alters the definition from the beginning of time. Adam and adam begot NO ONE. It just doesn't work folks.

But someone please save this article.....because in 2007, it'll put her in her "low morality" catagory. Then add in her "wonderful marriage" to a pervert...Wow!! Talk about an abyss.

She's a pile of excrement, and so is her "husband." I feel sick to my stomach every time I see a picture of her. She's lower than dirt.

Someone somewhere must have a copy of her Manifesto thesis from the 1960s. Pray it becomes her October surprise...

Herself, the Cold and Joyless, has always followed the Nixon template in the quest for power. Except, the template was not of Nixon, the man, but of Nixon, the media picture, as a used car salesman, the Halloween bogey man, the consummately evil puppetmaster. Herself, the Cold and Joyless, has adopted that persona completely.

No controversy is allowed in the Presence of Herself, the Cold and Joyless, as these are all supposed to be settled positions, and questioning the Great and Mighty Wisdom is tantamount to treason. To make sure of this, any potential opponents, without their knowledge or consent, have been subjected to extensive background probing, and every bit of raw data is examined for its value in compelling the future compliance with the wishes of Herself, the Cold and Joyless.

No friends, just current alliances and shared interests. In this business, Herself, the Cold and Joyless, cannot afford friendships.

Much like a Mafia don.

Funny, the NY Post has an article today on how to become a great liar. While it opens with Bubba's line "I did not have sex..." the photos show "The Pros" with Richard Nixon leading the pack.

I agree. The Republicans are cowards for not having a rapid-response to the crap that is constantly thrown out to the public.

This is the major reason the people who usually vote republican are so down hearted. Our side never and I mean never defends itself against these lies.

It makes me want to give up and just say the hell with it.

Keep it up Hitlery. The more ire you can raise in conservatives the better. As history shows, we often become complacent and leave it up to everyone else to vote but the more you and your ilk slam us, the more fired up we get and we do get out there and vote. Just like we'll vote your a$$ into oblivion.

Exactly!

By her logic, abortion should be decided by the states, without question or discussion. Unlike marriage, abortion is not a "right" (ahem) that potentially can be enforced through the reciprocity clause.

IOW, one of the only constitutional arguments for determining the legal definition of marriage at the federal level, as opposed to the states, is that if one state recognizes a critical legal status such as marriage, it then becomes incumbant upon other states---which otherwise would not desire to do so---to recognize that status as well.

No one can try to force one state to recognize their "right" to an abortion in another state. Yet MRS BILL CLINTON panders that marriage, a legal status that is without practicality if it can't be recognized throughout the union, should be decided by the states, but abortion--which is nowhere near something that concerns the reciprocity clause---according to MRS BILL CLINTON must be decided not only by the feds, but by the Supreme Court.

Ugh.

She does appear to be a coward.

Among many other reasons not to elect her, I don't see the country benefitting from a coward in the White House.
