Patently not true- if we are to believe the late Barbara Olsen in "Hell to Pay" (and of course we do), Hillary did not know how to apply makeup until years later in Arkansas.

Someone very close to me went to high school with Hillary. There was nothing particular about her in her appearance, she was neither pretty nor ugly, but she was snobbish, and thought highly of herself and those in her clique.Hillary hasn't changed one bit either no matter what anyone says. I know people who also knew her very well while she was in Arkansas. They say the same things about her. One of them has been a close friend to Bill Clinton since grade school. They can't stand Hillary.
I also know the person who used to style Hillary's hair when she was in Arkansas and she treated them like dirt.

There was a witz about the wife of the former Soviet leader Brezhnev answering a telephone call. A female voice asks for Comrade Brezhnev. The missus asks: "Who are you?" "I went to the high school with him". "Don't you ring again, you lying slut! He has never gone to school!"
