INTREP
Home from work, our Juliet clears her morning meal
She daubs her skin with pretty smells, concealing to appeal
"I will make my bed" she says, but turns to go.
Can she be late for her Sinema show?
MY kid is going to be a great leader, unless he decides that he is far too smart and has way too much integrity to be a politican. Which, I sincerely hope is the case.
Congrats to all stay at home moms who make their husbands happy by:
keeping the house clean
making the meals
caring for the kids
and the list goes on and on and on.
I used to make my husband a nice breakfast every morning--fresh fruit, juice, cereal---
And I used to make him a nice lunch, too.
Oh, yeah--then there was dinner all made from scratch.
And the kids--I cared for them and homeschooled them as well.
Then my husband decided to have an affair and is living with this beast as I write this.
He's been there for almost 6 months now and I can assure you she does not do these things.
Funny thing is--he comes over 4x/week now to see the kids and have a meal with us.
Missing home, is he?
Not sure. Things are tough over here but God provides.
My hat goes off to all stay at home moms because they love to take care of their families and most of all, there is nothing that satisfies us more than making sure our husbands are well taken care of. At least I used to feel this way.
I wonder how many times this woman has been married and divorced?
Don't know, but I'll bet IF she is a mother, she worked through them. If not, maybe she resents that she had to, and stay at home Moms don't??
Taking into consideration that I know neither you, nor your husband, nor the overall situation - and - going *only* on what you just posted.....I'd need to say that your husband is a fool.
Damn straight. Our daughter's 9 1/2 months old and my wife stays at home, and she works MUCH harder than I do. She's even trying to keep her handmade jewelry business going while taking care of the baby. It's rough, but she's a hell of a woman and I'm blessed to be married to her.

Here is her bio:

Yup--he has definitely lost his marbles and believes the total opposite of what he did two years ago. Pretty sad.
She's just jealous that she never got to do that (be a stay at home mom)....
Her positions on her bio show her a typical socialist bitch. She should be running in Santa Cruz, not in gun toting AZ.
My condolences. You're in a tough situation, but things will look up.
Spoken like a true leech.
Stay at home moms are worth their weight in platinum.
A family is truly a team effort and those women who do the Mrs. Mom duties are are crucial.
People who denegrate the WORK at home mothers are generally womYn who hate men and think they can be men.
Sinema? Sounds like a euphemism for a porn flick.
This is going to take some serious spin to get out of.
I have been a stay at home mom since my oldest son was born 21 years ago. I have homeschooled all 4 of my sons, and consider it a great privelege to be there every day of their lives caring for them and for their father who retired from the military last year after 23 years of service. I am a blessed woman indeed.
I will never forget the weekend that my husband cared for our young sons (we only had 2 then) for most of the weekend and then called me on Monday from work and said the sweetest words I think he has ever said to me:
"I am having a relaxed day at work. Your job is really a lot harder than mine."
That was probably the biggest I LOVE YOU he could have said to me!!! I still smile when I think of it!
I agree with you, most of the women my wife's age are totally jealous. OR, they're feeling guilty that they're too selfish to make the sacrifices needed to stay at home and wat to drag her down with them.
I have had these questions for 20 years... as if taking care of my husband and children is not productive and my brain has turned to oatmeal. I can't think of any way I can effect the world more than by raising 4 godly sons to lead their families and the world. Everything else pales in comparison.
