From my experience the french ladies do like American cowboys. Nothing turns euro women on like alpha males which is in short supply over there. ;)

It doesn't say if it is to be privately or publically funded. If it's public, it'll be just as biased, and skewed as the BBC. If it's private, best of luck to them in the marketplace of ideas. :) lol

During my high school years I spent summers in France as my parents moved there. I spent a lot of time at the public pool playing chicken with the local guys, usually all of them against me (and I still never lost!). Those cute, warm girls did indeed like that stuff (as did I!).
