I almost hit the wrong answer!

Did freep it though, I found the answers not clear, nor did they express my outrage! His "I apologize to no one!" comment was even worse than what he originally said.

Don't forget to drop the senator a note regarding his evaluation of the military. God bless the Swifties.

Were it Bush, the entire quote, reactions from those offended, and a picture of a soldier would be up next to the poll.

Since it's about a liberal, you'll have to dig for the comments. Drive by media... Gotta love them.

The wording of this poll proves that MSNBC is meant for viewers with less education.

What a horribly worded poll!

Yes; the military has long been a step up for those with less education.

The people who serve in the military have more education than the general public!

Were Sen. John Kerry's remarks linking education to the war in Iraq appropriate? * 10678 responses

No; the comments implied that service members are not intelligent. 49%

Looks like the question is worded improperly. Many people will answer 'yes' because "the military has long been a step up for those with less education", not because they agree with Kerry's view.

What does choice number one have to do with Kerry's remarks? There's nothing in his remarks that state or imply that the military is good for a "step up".

I don't think this poll is going to be up long. It's at 51% now.

Does anyone know the phrase that amounts to:

The people can sleep safely in their beds because brave men lie ready to kill on their behalf.
