OK, so Clinton armed the PRC AND Iran.
Beautiful. Hey, I'll bet the ex-POTUS was more destructive to this country than JOHN WALKER.

--NewsMax stated that Risen's report could also have a serious implications for Sen. Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign.--
So this will come out again as a 2008 November Surprise.

One silver lining: when the MSM spikes this story, the New Media will take it up in earnest.
The MSM death timetable will be stepped-up considerably....at least.

For all the talk about how complicated the firing block on a nuclear weapon is, nobody in the nuclear club (with the possible exception of North Korea) has had a first test of a nuclear device fail. All it is is a device that makes sure electrical impulses get to detonators at the correct time. It's about as complicated as a distributor cap. Why, a competent shade-tree mechanic could probably build one.

I recall some discussions from 1992, when the Arkansas bumpkin slithered onto the national scene. People were saying the same thing then as they are now - "we need change".....
Well, with the help of Ross Perot (twice) we had 8 years of CHANGE
And now the same folks are calling for 'change' again???????

I'd give AQ Khan and his private Nuclear network more credit for any Iranian bomb than I would Bill Clinton.

Clinton...!! I'm not surprised that he would do this, just that no one stopped him from doing it. And they blame the Republicans, as always.

The CIA, using a double-agent Russian scientist, handed a blueprint for a nuclear bomb to Iran, according to a new book "State of War" by James Risen, the New York Times reporter, who exposed the Bush administration's controversial NSA spying operation, claims the plans contained fatal flaws designed to derail Tehran's nuclear drive.Wow, that's quite a "sentence."

He said that the transfer of classified data to Iran was personally approved by then-President Clinton and that the CIA deliberately gave Iranian physicists blueprints for part of a nuclear bomb that likely helped Tehran advance its nuclear weapons development program.
Rovember surprise!

Clinton: “We’ll give them a flawed set of plans for a nuclear bomb! That way, it will just blow up when they want to use it!”
Rest of Clinton Administration: “Great idea, Mister President! Cigar?”
Oh, that big 1982 Siberian explosion?

[snip] In our complex disinformation scheme, deliberately flawed designs for stealth technology and space defense sent Russian scientists down paths that wasted time and money... “The pipeline software that was to run the pumps, turbines and valves was programmed to go haywire,” writes Reed, “to reset pump speeds and valve settings to produce pressures far beyond those acceptable to the pipeline joints and welds. The result was the most monumental non-nuclear explosion and fire ever seen from space.” ...Farewell stayed secret because the blast in June 1982, estimated at three kilotons, took place in the Siberian wilderness, with no casualties known. Nor was the red-faced KGB about to complain publicly about being tricked by bogus technology. But all the software it had stolen for years was suddenly suspect, which stopped or delayed the work of thousands of worried Russian technicians and scientists. [unsnip]
Thanks Ernest.
