The New York Times and the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) claim that the release of some the Iraqi documents contain sensitive nuclear information on how to build and design a nuclear weapons and it is a breach of security. However there is a website called “nuclearweaponarchive.org” http://nuclearweaponarchive.org/Nwfaq/Nfaq4.html that details how to engineer and design a nuclear weapons with equations and diagrams and the whole nine yards. Yet another lies by the IAEA and New York Times has been destroyed a lie that was designed to influence the elections on Tuesday.

Here is the website and a list of all chapters on how to design and make the nuclear bomb. If you click on the link it will take you to the chapters and if you click on the chapters you will get extreme details on how to build the nuclear weapon.

Designing nuclear weapons is not difficult, especially uranium gun ones. The physics behind the concept is extremely simple and impossible to keep a secret.

Heck, go to the national archives and you can look at the entire blue print for the U.S. Mark-III atomic bomb except for the trigger which is still classified.

Who cares? The Republicans should launch a concerted effort on every talk show this weekend for FINALLY recognizing and publishing their first article regarding Saddam Hussein's ongoing WMD programs that were, indeed, ended by our invasion of Iraq.

They should also publicly ask the NYT why they are suddenly taking an interest in preventing information harmful to the US is getting into the public domain.

Finally, they should ask democrats why they suppressed the information proving Hussein was a WMD threat in the first place.

What else do we expect from the New York Times. By the way I talked to Bill Boader today from the NYT and the author of this today article about Saddam nuclear program. I told him about the many other documents that show Saddam was working on re-constructing his nuclear program. He asked me to e-mail him the documents that show this, I did. He replied "interesting".

...had a Physics professor in college (undergraduate) who earned his PhD in nuclear physics (scholarship via air force) I will never forget one day in third semester physics, the topic of a nuclear bomb came up. He draw a conceptual picture of an overview of nuclear bomb. As expected, as curious students of physics, we began asking questions. As details of certain areas of the picture [particularly related to the trigger] were asked about, he would just smile and say, "We can't talk about that part", or "can't discuss that part".


Many parts of a nuclear bomb are public knowledge. Some are not.

An interesting question: Did the Iraq documents contain design descriptions related to the triggering mechanism?

This question is above the knowledge of a Democrat unless they read it on a conservative site first.

That would not be wise to do(imho)at this time. If the President went out to address this stuff, it would be giving the NYT & the IAEA more 'recognition' than they deserve or warrant with their silly 'reporting' and subterfuge.

The IAEA has probably been being 'looked at' by the highest levels of our intelligence community for quite some time and in time.....the truth will be revealed.

One of the compelling aguments, though, is that even with a good theoretical design, there's a lot of engineering work to be done between coming up with the design and coming up with the bomb.

The Saddam Hussein materials covered a myriad of engineering steps and how the Iraqis solved problems ~ absolutely invaluable stuff.

Just watching the former UN Chief inspector on TV with Russert and he said the stuff shown on the net was stuff he, himself, had seized back in 1991.

Well, that one copy anyway (ha, ha, ha, ha, ha), and he also said it was clear Saddam intended to restart his atom bomb program (using that quite workable design his people had come up with) as soon as the inspection regime was relaxed.

So, whether or not Saddam had yellow cake, he had something far more important ~ a workable design and workable engineering operations layout for a real atom bomb, and he could restart it at any time.

That meant the invasion of Iraq was justifiable on WMD grounds alone.

The fact that the IAEA may had been infiltrated by Saddam's spies(according to Rep. Peter Hoekstra)

When I was doing some EOD work in New York City in 1971, one of the New York papers published on the front page, detailed instructions on how to make a IED. This IED was very sophisticated and was designed to look like something it wasn't. It was designed with one purpose in mind, which was to kill the first responders, especially the police or EOD team.
