U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich was stunned by what NewsChannel5 uncovered.BWAHAHAHA! Kucinich is pretty much "stunned" by everything, but this shouldn't surprise him at all. Cuyahoga County = Cleveland = big dem stronghold. The dead regularly vote for dems there.
