DID a clairvoyant help US commandos ferret Saddam Hussein out of his hiding place in Iraq three years ago?

Uri Geller is a professional liar.
I remember when he tried one of his stunts on The Tonight Show under the very watchful eye of Johnny Carson. Well Carson watched him from an angle that Geller didn't like and all of the sudden Geller was not able to do supernatural feat.
The audience was literally laughing AT Geller.

From Wikipedia, "Remote viewing allows a viewer to use his or her intuitive abilities to gather information on a target consisting of an object, place, or person, etc., which is hidden from the physical perception of the viewer and typically separated from the viewer in space by some distance."
I watched a show on this recently and it really is fascinating.

Some of this remote viewing stuff sounds a little far-fetched but I hear the CIA uses it. As to clairvoyants, the FBI and various police depts use them regularly.

Yeah, I recently saw his appearence on Johnny Carson (on YouTube). It was hilarious, he chickend out big time. Carson insisted Geller to use HIS props -- he didn't allow Geller to bring his own.
What a fraud.

let's use that power to SMOKE OUT bin laden! Don't worry. Uri will be there to claim credit when we finally catch him through good old hard work.

well remember the Adam Walsh kidnapping in Hollywood Florida? ...America's most wanted father? Remember his son was grabbed in a mall and found some time later dismembered with body parts on a "stick in a canal" ?
A psychic from San Francisco called the am radio show that morning while flying and laid out the " he's not alive and body parts can be found in a canal displayed on a stick................guess what ? She was a bingo to
the find and facts. I know ,I was there walking ,looking...................................................for what it's worth

"Over a period of more than two decades some $20 million were spent on STAR GATE and related activities, with $11 million budgeted from the mid-1980's to the early 1990s. Over forty personnel served in the program at various times, including about 23 remote viewers. At its peak during the mid-1980s the program included as many as seven full-time viewers and as many analytical and support personnel. Three psychics were reportedly worked at FT Meade for the CIA from 1990 through July 1995. The psychics were made available to other government agencies which requested their services." http://www.fas.org/irp/program/collect/stargate.htm
I'm pretty sure you can view the documentation released under the FOIA on either the DIA or CIA websites somewhere. I'm not to sure about Uri's claims, but there were some noteworthy hits back during the cold war which makes it an interesting topic.
