Calls must be working if the Dems are this bent out of shape over it.
I suggest the Dems check the No-Call privacy laws - political calls are exempted.

Interesting. I've gotten one phone call from Laura Bush asking me to vote Republican, and about a DOZEN calls from the left pimping their causes.
Cease and desist, my @ss.

Shilling for Kean.
WTF is that about?

I personally hate automated phone calls. I call for a cease-fire on both sides and we will all be happy.

The oldest MSM trick in the book. Take something that both parties do, and highlight only the Republicans doing it.

Are you not allowed to do it? Either party?

And I'm cynical.
Each and every "story" is from a Dem POV. They are laundering Dem talking points and press releases.

I hope you're right. I just made about 100 calls for the local GOP, and I don't think people are really receptive to the phone calls anymore. Everyone has gotten literally 50 calls over the past 3 months. I am in PA 6, where we have Santorum and Gerlach fighting to stay in office, so it's ground zero for phone calls. One man I talked to said that he just got a recorded call not 30 seconds before I called. Frankly I think the barrage of calls are pissing people off.
Make that 51 calls, John McCain just called me as I was typing this. Sigh. Oh well, back to headquarters to make more phone calls.

I think I heard Rush made some calls too.

political calls are exempted. I wish they weren't. Particularly now that interest groups cannot run tv ads (thanks, McCain), we get even more pestering phone calls. F them.

While the dems are in cemetaries writing down names. ...... Actually saw that in NY back in 2000. She had a "Hillary" sticker on the car too. Here in Fla. I received a call from John Mc Cain but when I had a question about what he said he had already hung up.
To: Big E
A personal call is better than an automated call, and a personal call from someone you know is better yet.
I can't imagine that an automated call would change anyone's mind, but then I'm not a political pro.

Are they complaining about the content of these phone calls, or the volume? Looking at the ABC page, it looks like they have cherry-picked as many "Republicans are evil" non-stories to headline as they could find. Without any actual report behind it, this headline make it sound like Republicans are doing something wrong.

Yeah. I'm sure of the others, though. I heard their names just as I blipped the messages!
