Bump!
I called 30, it's really easy folks. I called into MO and OH, had good feedback.....
I hope that someday your children and grandchildren will tell of the time that a certain president came to town at the end of a long journey and asked their parents and grandparents to join him in setting America on the course to the new millenniumand that a century of peace, prosperity, opportunity, and hope followed. So, if I could ask you just one last time: Tomorrow, when mountains greet the dawn, would you go out there and win one for the Gipper? Ronald Reagan, November 7, 1988
Did my part. Did it last year. Boy I wish there were more responses to check. I could have given much more infomations from voting pubbie to too many calls drop dead.
Big time BUMP!
Thanks for the link. I signed up online to volunteer to man the phone banks and to be a poll watcher tomorrow, but I was never called.
I just did my list of 30 and will do more. It was easy. I left several messages, spoke to a few people, and got a pretty high percentage of disconnected numbers.
There was only one negative person, who informed me that she is NOT a Republican. I just thanked her and went on to the next call.
We should all do this. I can really make a difference.
We're activists, right? Well, y'all, let's get active. :-)
Hey, you might want to send this to your ping list.
There's still time for a last chance push!
AMEN... SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOF TOPS.
VOTE VOTE VOTE... tell everyone you know, make calls to neighbors, shut ins, church members, family, EMAIL!!!
Nifty!
This was my first time, and the only time I have ever done anything for a campaign other than give money. After about five calls I got confortable and then it was fun. I bet, for all 30 calls I didn't spend more than $3 or $4. I either left messages or actually contacted over a third of my calls. I bet it didn't take over 30 minutes to make all the calls. Can you imagine the impact if every Freeper did this. Lets just say 5000 calling 30, that would be 150,000 all targeted to close races.
Great job! Thanks! Where were your numbers located?
Thank you so much for your hard work!
Bump!
Bump!
Tennessee, NC, and Georgia.
It wasn't hard at all, I enjoyed it so much I just did 30 more. It was a better use of my time than fretting over polls. At least I know I gave some effort. Fingers crossed, I hope we pull it off tomorrow - if we do, we conservatives demand action this time - make no mistake about it.
Well, if we keep control of Congress tomorrow it will be through the hard work of people like you, so thank you again! I regret that the list of 30 people I was going to work on today I left at work, so I really blew it! But I did a bunch over the weekend and last week, so I guess that makes up for it.
Bumpa Lumpa.
