so when this happens 100% of the ballots get don provisionally because ALL the machine integrity has become compromised.

(no tinfoil hat but if the code caused a crash, it must be investigated. IE was code inserted?)

East Cleveland is the poorest area of Cleveland.....and full of Dumbest Democrat Sheeple in Ohio.......

Come to think of it I guess that makes this area a democratic utopia like N'Orleans!....

Anyhow, chalk this up to voter fraud on the dem's part to keep Ohio in play if it's a squeaker.

OI that is another reason to do this. WE KNOW there is a large amount of fraud going on in Democrat districts. We have seen stories about it for the last two weeks.

We have seen numerous stories of the large number of dead still on voter rolls in Democrat controlled districts and urban areas such as Detroit and St Louis. This sabotage of their own vote machines, in areas they will win anyhow, allows them to set up a counter claim of "Voter Suppression" to take Media attention off of legitimate cases of actual Democrat managed Voter Fraud

You apparently don't understand those people if you think it beyond the desire of them to try to pull something like that.

Liberals will try to build a fortress on a platform of deception and lies. If you let them, good luck at tearing down the fortress after it is up.

You need to attack their basic premise.

They don't have to wipe out all their voting machines in a district to be able to make their claim of voter fraud ring throughout the media. All it would take is one, small minor precinct that in a normal election might get 500 people. Get a lawyer onsite. Get a television crew. It will show up on the Nightly News, guaranteed. How do you think the commentary by the likes of Katie Couric would go?

"Good Evening. Amid reports of widespread voter fraud..." talked over a clip of this little precinct in Ohio, man on the street interviews with angry minorities saying that they were turned away.

I am no conspiracy theorist by any means. On the other hand, I understand these people very well.

The smart arse answer would be ........So the Democrats could tamper with the vote in anticipation of a low turnout in a predominately Dimrat district due to rainy freezing cold weather?

Just a smart arse guess.....no firm facts to confirm that theory.

I am sorry. Claiming that all these voting machines are failing as part of a conspiracy to disenfranchise Minority voters sounds like a crazy conspiracy theory to me. Yet that is exactly what this "News" report is doing. you mean reporting what is happening? How dare the "News" do that.

Put down the bong for a second there "genius" and try actually grasping factual reality ONE time. That is NOT what is happening AT all. There is NO factual information in this "News" story. It is all based wholly on accusations made by an Activist Democrat "Civil Rights" group.

News is suppose to be fact not unverified rumor and innuendo. It is not suppose to be reporting wack job hysteric Leftist Democrat front group propaganda as "FACT". Explain this to me Mr Leftist "genius". So why is it that the problems are ALL in areas where the local Govt that administers the Elections machinery is run by the Democrat Party? Are you telling us the Democrats are too incompetent to manage something as simple as an election?

I'm so angry at what the 'rats have done to our once great country (how can a country remain 'great' when half the population supports traitors in the congress and traitors at the NY Times). "where is the outrage"--to quote Bob Dole.

We had perfectly good voting systems before the 'rats tried to steal the Florida election. Now, we've had to invest millions in "electronic" voting systems...HELLO! power outages, system crashes and tampering.

I vote on a centuries-old mechanical voting booth...reliable, simple, no problem with 'chads'.

The funny thing this time is that the Mayor of East Cleveland, a Dem, endorsed Ken Blackwell for Governor. The question is whether Cuyahoga County sent bad machines there on purpose.

BTW what is wrong with a paper ballot filling in little dots?No wait for a machine...paper trail...what am I missing. As long as control is on the paper ballots themselves its fine.

Remember Florida? There are way too many voters who are simply too clueless to follow simple instructions, such as, "Fill in the little dot", or "Punch a hole next to the desired candidate"

Alas, such voters' ballots count exactly the same as mine.

And on another thread, problems in NM-1 (no ballots and Dem intimidation):

Lack of ballots at NM (heavily GOP) precinct

Remember...these are the same types of pinheads who think that puncturing the tires on vans to bring voters to the polls is going to be helpful.

If you were bent on screwing this up in some voting area in an elementary school somewhere, how tough would that be if all you had to do was disrupt the network. I make the assumption these devices are somehow networked, and I could be wrong on that. To disable them, you would just have to disable the network in some data closet, and that takes one person to do. And you wouldn't have to do it in a way that would be obvious, if you know that stuff at all. Just a wire pulled a little loose in the right place. Then you place a call, probably to a number on a paper tacked to a telephone pole outside the place that says "IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE BEEN DENIED YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE, CALL (888) 888-9999" That's it.

You wouldn't need a 9/11 conspiracy to do that. It could be one person, and not a real talented one either. They have a lot of angry, stupid ones on their side.
