Someone should that over-zealous Comrade to step into line -- the communist revolution hasn't been completed yet. Plenty of time to bludgeon the masses later.

That's the upside to crowded polls. The last few elections, I've worked close enough to my voting location that I had voted during my lunch break.
The plus; Almost no lines, in and out in less than 5 minutes.
The Minus; Very little potential for entertainment.

LOL - I had the same reaction when I much younger. I walked in and the workers had to give us the proper ballot. . .
She handed me the one for the Dems and I handed it back and very nicely told her that I was a Republican. She literally spit the word to the person next to her - with the Rep ballots. At first I was a bit thrown off by her lack of tact but then I just started to laugh.

Great game coming up! I heard Ohio State's coach is only dressing 20 players for it. The rest have to dress themselves!

Interesting . . . .I got pushed out a door by a poll worker today, too! No choking, though.
Apparently this "gentleman" thought the 12-16 people waiting to vote or in the process of voting in the room was too much and when I tried to enter he pushed me back out the door. A woman came up behind me and loudly demanded to know if he was denying us the right to vote . . . .
I was finally allowed in when this putz deemed it "not overcrowded" . . . . .Sheesh - give some people a little bit of power and they go bananas!

I didn't make it clear that Ithink this was a frame.
Here's a report of a Dem charged at a poll station in Va.
I'm sure CNN will make it their lead item (LOL!)>
http://hrpolitics.blogspot.com/2006/11/kellam-staffer-verbally-assaults-poll.html
Sources close to Insider have reported that a Norfolk poll worker has filed an assault complaint Phil Kellam staffer Drew Lankford.
Poll Worker Mick Shaw was at a voting precinct telling voters that Drake and Allen was the only ticket that supported the marriage amendment.
Kellam told Mr. Shaw that it wasnt true and that he supported the marriage amendment.
Mr. Shaw informed Kellam that hes not a ticket and that the only ticket that supports the marriage amendment is Allen and Drake, the Republican ticket.
Drew apparently then got into Shaws face, pointing a finger in his face and screaming Shut the f#@$ up and Ill kick your F^(^ing A$* and the like.
Mick said hed call the cops if he didnt stop. He didnt, so he called 911.
Mick told Kellam and Lankford that the dispatcher said for them to stay and an officer was on the way. They left, and Mr. Shaw pressed charges in their absence.
Happy Election Day!

Is it true that you have to vote for or against every issue/candidate on the ballot in KY? Here in California you don't have to. Just vote for the things you care about.
The third thing about this story that really gets me is: What in the world is a poll worker doing going over someone's ballot after he or she has voted? Doesn't the secret ballot mean anything in KY?
