Steele Set for Victory? (US Senate Majority Looking Good!)
Red State.com ^ | 11/7/06 | erick

If early indications in Maryland and GOP rumblings can be believed, it looks like the GOP will hold on to the U.S. Senate thanks to the election of Michael Steele to the United States Senate.

Several top Republicans in DC are quietly saying they expect Michael Steele to win and Georgia House District 12 to flip to the GOP.

Proudly voted for Steele two weeks ago. Also voted for Ehrlich. Not so sure how proudly though.

Steele is such a better candidate and person than most of what's out there. I so wish I lived just 20 miles North and could have voted for him.

I took care of that for you an hour ago.

The only reason I still wish I live in Laurel would be to vote for the Man of Steele.

That is a great commercial.

Martin O'Malley is a despicable pro abort whose father stopped talking to him before he died because of his flip flop on abortion.

I don't know if this is an indicator. But my son in law who is a life long dem, hard core but a conservative dem, voted for Ehrlich. Not for Steele.

The wild card is the black vote.

If Steele wins, it will be worth losing Santorum or Allen. Black Republicans really piss of the Dims.

It would sure take some Frequent Crier Miles off their Race Card.

All right, so where are all the blacks that voted for Steele? I want to hear that they were disenfranchised--or does playing the race card only work if one votes Democrat?

The Dems in Maryland are looking like a bunch of racists. They blew two chances to elect a Black Senator in the same election cycle.
