Here's how the 2006 mid-term election was stolen.
Note the past tense. And I'm not kidding.
And shoot me for saying this, but it won't be stolen by jerking with the touch-screen machines (though they'll do their nasty part). While progressives panic over the viral spread of suspect computer black boxes, the Karl Rove-bots have been tunneling into the vote vaults through entirely different means.
For six years now, our investigations team, at first on assignment for BBC TV and the Guardian, has been digging into the nitty-gritty of the gaming of US elections. We've found that November 7, 2006 is a day that will live in infamy. Four and a half million votes have been shoplifted. Here's how they'll do it, in three easy steps:

I guess the Repubs are so good by demanding ID and trying to prevent fraud that they are starting with 4.5 million votes ahead of the dems. Or is it that by requiring ID the Repubs are denying the dems 4.5 million dead voters. Wow! What moonbats these dems are!!!

I wonder what this hack would say about the 110% voter turnout in the Milwaukee central city district two years ago . . .
NOTE: Despite the hue & cry, we still do not have voter ID requirements.
Anyone care to bet how that district turns out?
Anyone?

The technology today is utterly amazing. I'm in the Information Technology business, but I am still stunned by the advances I see every day. The skin color detection algorithms in touch screens and the self-destructing identification cards for Hispanics seems almost science fiction.
And the software that forces minorities to move to different states right before elections has got to be even more sophisticated than Bush's domestic spying programs.
I'm glad to see they even recognize our computer expertise across the pond.

Yeah, let's add it up Greg.
How many people vote in a presidential election vs a midterm election? It doesn't make sense to use 2004 numbers to predict 2006 numbers.
Tomorrow, new federal ID requirements and a dozen new state show-me-your-ID laws will permit the GOP challenge campaign to triple their 300,000 record to nearly one million voters blocked.

The posted article explains why there have been millions of successful lawsuits challenging the denial of voting rights. Or is it tens of thousands? Maybe a dozen?
I like the way the author equates using a provisional ballot to being denied the vote. Just exactly what would the author have the poll worker do when the rolls indicate that the voter is not registered or has already received an absentee ballot? Let them vote anyway?
Just why is it that Dems seem to have such a hard time registering to vote properly? Why do they have such a hard time equipping themselves with a photo-ID?
How does the average Dem manage to jump through all the hoops to purchase a firearm in California? It's thousands of times more painful than voting. Oh, wait... I forgot...They don't FEEL that people should try to protect themselves. So it doesn't matter if the right to keep and bear arms is infringed.

Just why is it that Dems seem to have such a hard time registering to vote properly? Why do they have such a hard time equipping themselves with a photo-ID? Documenting artificial people is not that difficult, but apparently too hard for them. You can see several methods, most based on taking the identity of someone who died as an infant, in "Unintended Consequences".

If they can't make it from the graveyard to the polls, the dead should be allowed to send a proxy voter. Provided, of course, that they reached the age of majority before passing.
