It would have been more economical for this dirtbag Pillco to have saved his $12,000 and invested it in his future in his home country. Yes, the crime could have been commited by a legal citizen but this is one more POS that should not have been here. I don't see anything in the article about charging the employer for hiring an illegal.
He clearly states in the article that the guy only worked part time "because of his immigrant status." Sounds like he's admitting he knew the employee's status.
