Republicans held the Senate AND the House for most of 1994-2006
and PBS and NPR still live.
Just one sign of the spinelessness (or weasel-factor) of Republican "leaders".

Well, if one is of the premise that one CAN lose their salvation, then it is up to that one to see to it that he/she doesn't. Reading the Bible, constantly praying, studying to make certain one's focus is on the Lord. Persecution is everywhere. It's imperative that we all keep the faith. (I don't personally give much to losing one's salvation , unless it is the direct request made to the Lord voluntarily and then I'm not too sure)
