HAVANA A Black Panther who hijacked a passenger jet from San Francisco to communist Cuba in 1969 has died on the island where he spent 37 years in exile.
William Lee Brent died from bronchial pneumonia at age 75 on November 4th, according to his sister in Oakland.
Elouise Rawlins says she learned of her brother's death through telephone calls and messages from friends and acquaintances. But she has not received official word from the U.S. or Cuban governments.
Rawlins says she had not seen her brother since he used a handgun to hijack T-W-A Flight 154 from San Francisco to Havana on June 17, 1969. They stayed in contact through e-mails and telephone calls.
She says she didn't know he was ill and doesn't know if he was buried.
Hell, I didn't even know old Bill was sick. Fidel is going to miss him.

I find it interesting. I wrote things similar to this on a "just died" thread over some liberal POS and my posting was promptly deleted. (I can't remember who it was off hand, some politician who had spent years subverting the Constitution - there are so many they start to run together).
A corrupt socialist congresscritter who stays in office for 20 or 30 years and helps pass abominations like McCain Feingold, to me, is actually much more destructive of our way of life than this pathetic hijacker.

Wouldn't surprise me and it would be very fitting for Hillary Rodham Clinton (aka Mrs. Bill Clinton) to make a trip to Havana Cuba. Where she will lament a long eulogy for her Black Panther friend and associate.
They were together in New Haven Connecticut. It was the dark days of the Tet offensive, circa 1968. Ramparts was the bible and Malcom X their profit. Hillary was an editor and contributor to the Yale student newspaper. Where editorial cartoons depicted cops as dead pigs. She knew the Black Panthers well in those days. When they murdered without remorse or consequence.
