How come 1,000s of those "killed" in Srebrenica voted in the 1996 election? Last time I checked, corpses didn't have the basic prerequisite for eligibility - i.e. they were dead.

That's a movie yet to be made, Gere would make a good corrupt Judge. But who would finance such a venture? Everything that's known about the breakup of the Balkans, is covered in the trial.
The videos of the trial is a real eye opener. In over 3 years the tribunal couldn't make a rational case against Milosevic, or Serbia.
Actually, Germany did pretty well in occupying Serbia. I don´t think we can call their actions "butt-kicking".
Then, I don´t call "all Serbs" genocidists. But people like Karadzic and Mladic (and their followers) surely are, and I think they deserve death.
Germany - united with its EU- and NATO-partners - strongly opposes all forms of genocide, be it by Serbs against Croats and Bosnian Muslims, be it by Kosovo Albanians against Serbs.

Answer to the question is "NONE"...there weren't 8,000 killed in Sebrenica. where are the bodies.....Also did you know that the CIA working with ISI sent several thousand to Kosovo to fight with the KLA, and some also went to Croatia to fight and slaughter Serbs in Croatia with Ceku.....So, the actual figure of "COMBATANTS" killed in Sebrenica was approximately 3,000 or so..............
The Muslims were worse as they started the war by declaring Independence and cutting off heads, etc....WE, USA brought the Muh. from Afghanistan working with ISI to Bosnia to help.....long story very very short.

I spent five years living in Kosovo up close and personal from 1999 to 2004, granted I was not in Bosnia and during that time. However, I have to give you credit and not get into a flame war or I would be hypocritical. I also thought as you did even while I was living there, about the 8,000...I hung on to that for a long time...until I was there for about my fourth year and things that I heard were not adding up. I don't remember when exactly, but some time after I LEFT....I did some more digging and discovered that there were many lies, exaggerations, fabrications that demonized the Serbs. However, the Serbian paramilitaries did in fact murder POW's, there were rapes, by paramilitaries, but no rape camps. I saw so much fabrications and lies in Kosovo this opened my eyes to are these the only fabrications and exaggerations of the truth. Granted, the Police chief that executed the three Albanian Americans, without due process was wrong, there are other such crimes and guess what, the Serbs are taking care of the biggest part. However, due to the political split and feelings about Islamist, the Serbs locally and otherwise in some cases are protecting their own. Let's not even get into how the U.S. (my country) is protecting Mafia leaders and KLA members in kosovo, Murdering Serbs almost anytime they want without getting caught since 1999.....I had many an American Lt, Capt, or Major, come into my office disgusted with the "policies" of who to touch and who to leave alone.....couldn't wait to get their 6 months over.

Remember why we initially went in according to Cohen...they have 100,000 dead or missing in Kosovo, then, ooppppps, no, it's 10,000, dead or missing.....then the only dead ones that could be found was 2,108 or there abouts...and 22 of them was a Serbian mass grave, the only real mass grave found.........we were duped...........!!!!
I know we have been duped with respect to Kosovo. The shameful truth is, that we didn´t step into Bosnia (or ended it earlier). I believe that the separation of the ethnic groups is the best achievable solution for the region, and right now we´re on a good path to reach this. With the separation, peace may come. (I also believe that this would be a proper way to stop the Islamic threat in Europe: encouraging them to leave.) So, I stand by the number of 8,000 deads, and furthermore I say that the Serbs initiated the outbreak of the wars (do you remember the idea of "Great-Serbia"?). I never claimed the others were white sheep, but as I said above: two wrongs don´t make a right. I´m not going to whitewash the Serbs. There are still too many bad guys in freedom.
Yes, I do. It was a hoax first used by the Austro-Hungarians who were accusing Serbia of "expansionism" whilst being expansionist themselves (see: annexation of Bosnia, 1908).
Anyway, if the Serbs were such genocidal maniacs, as you seem to believe, how come Serbia is the most multiethnic of the former Yugoslav republics?
If you look at the various prewar ethnic maps of Bosnia, the "Greater Serbia" is limited to the areas where the Serbs had lived and been a majority since the VI century A.D. It is obvious that they were trying to protect what was already theirs.
The Cazin Krajina (or "the horn of Bosnia") could've easily been taken by the Bosnian Serbs, yet it remained untouched. Why? Was it because the Serbs wanted a "Greater Serbia," or because the Serbs simply weren't interested in the territories that historically had never been theirs to begin with? As for Srebrenica...
I suggest you lay off Wikipedia, CNN and the like and start reading the relevant scholarly journals.

Sure they did, per example, execution of 5,000 residents of Kragujevac, went pretty well! they , germans simply took school children from highschools along their teachers and mashinegun them down. 5,000 people in one day. That is remarkable in deed. What a butt-kicking.
Also, a nice tuch was execution of some 700,000 Serbs in contrencation kapm Jasenovac in Croatia by germans and Croatians. And Fianl touch was great exchange rate. 100:1! For each killed german soldier by guerilla, they have executed 5,000 Serbs. 50 for wounded Soldier.
