I came out of Hurricane Katrina from Biloxi, Mississippi (yes, we were hit too, although from the MSM you wouldn't know it). Funny, we actually were the ones hit by Katrina, not New Orleans--if their corrupt politicians had actually used the money to build levees, they'd have been fine. But I digress....anyhow, we had almost NO LOOTING, even though we were worse off and it would've been easier...but we were working people, not wards of the state...
