Ten to one, these men knew what they were doing.
The softening up of society is their ultimate gaol. Their action was just as unjustifiable as the "joker" talking about a big surprise in his luggage and so on.
Still, it is not as bad as a tirade in a university library.
I do not trust these people.

"discussing how to build bridges" Guess they finally figured the best way was to go to an infidel's airport, shout "allahu akbar" a few dozen times, and then stare menacingly at all the infidels walking by...
Oops, back to the drawing board!

they were asked to leave the plane and refused. If the imams were breast feeding then they'd have a case. As it is, sounds like the Airline had it right.

Didn't Jesus teach that people who PRAYED IN SECRET would be blessed publickly? Wasn't it HYPROCRITES AND PHARISEES that longed to pray publickly to be SEEN OF MEN for their righteousness. Kudos to U.S. Airways. and tell them to go to the chapels at airports to do their shows. Meanwhile this terrorizes the REST of the passengers, they need to show sensitivity to other cultures in airports.

The "silent" muslims are aiding and abetting terrorism. Our first muslim elected,Kieth Ellison, attended this 'gathering'....I have not seen one comment from him yet, anyone heard a peep from him?

Why are these people outraged more on transportation problems than murder of innocent people?

I am certain groups of Muslims have travelled together on a plane since 9/11 and this is the only episode I have ever heard reported about this prayer they say is done regularly. Exactly. Why has this never occured before? Because the grinning little b@st@rds did it on purpose.

phobia: a persistent, irrational fear accompanied by a compelling desire to avoid the object, activity, or situation that provokes the fear.
Sorry. NOT a phobia. We have very rational reasons to fear Islam, nand it's practioners particularly when it involves flight.

To be fair, some Muslims get outraged by stuff like cartoons and decorative swirls on ice cream packaging.
Low threshold here.

They knew the time of day the flight was leaving before they ever bought their tickets. They have no excuse for booking a flight at a time when they knew they would be praying. They did this on purpose.

Where was their "outrage" when 9/11 happened. Oh, I forgot. There was no Muslim "outrage" then. There was, as I recall, cheering and dancing in the Arab "street". Barbarians on the streets of Cairo were cheering as they watched those planes go it, shouting things like "bullseye" and "this one is mine" when showing pictures of the US Capitol building. If I had heard Muslim "outrage" then instead of celebrations, I'd me more inclined to lend it an ear today. As I did not, all I can say to these "outraged" Muslims is, T.S. Eliot.
