The author should be grateful that we no longer consider women to be chattel. We even let them vote. Although, on balance, I'm pretty well convinced the latter was a grave tactical error and the period of time when the former was true wasn't exactly all bad.
As for reparations, when can men expect to be compensated for centuries of putting up with women's hormone-induced fits of random BS? I, for one, won't be holding my breath while I wait.
Sadly, its a photoshop. I've seen versions of it both with and without the word "bitch."
