"Yanked! Dang!" I don't know why it was yanked, but there is nothing at all new or unusual about the general availability of radioisotopes.
These are available as what is called "general license quantities", which means basically that anybody can purchase the listed quantity of the listed isotope. The levels of radioactivity are so low as to be harmless if lost or released to the environment.
Note that the "amount of radioactivity" (microcuries) varies significantly from isotope to isotope. This is because some isotopes are judged more harmful than others

****Was Steve King, R-IA, not 'Peter King, R-NY'. Can't trust WND any more than you can trust NYT.***
I clicked and read the article. It does say Steve King, R-IA. Someone made a boo-boo, but it doesn't seem to be WND.

Actually they used a rather lousy methodology in that study, "hey if %.002 of the illegal aliens in jail are sex offenders, that means that %.002 of the whole population of illegal aliens are sex offenders, including children and women."

"If only more people in power took these statistics seriously"
This is a common complaint/lament. Given the facts/stats, why do these "people in power" do what they do.
It is also common, when faced with not knowing why "people in power" do this, to conclude that those "people in power" are trying to destroy America.
It never occurs to them that the "people in power" have a different set of facts/stats, which are more accurate.

You are shameless...

intend to sue the federal government if any harm comes to my family or me or land I own!! I guess we need to take some cases to the Supreme court if that has not already happened.
Certainly hope that occasion does not occur. I think you should not only be able to sue the government as a body but the individual politicians for their participation. That might stop and make them think before they for instance disarm us yet can't protect us then prosecute us for doing the best we can to protect life and property. You know if you criticize politicians their only human is the response. But, that's not an acceptable alternative for us citizen tax payers.

I would like to hear someone defend Bush on this, because, IMHO, there is no defense.

That is what I was wondering..

My guess is half those killed are illegal aliens and other immigrants of same ethnic persuasion My guess is that would push the number to over 50 murdered daily, most never reported/bodies not recovered. And listed as *cause of death-unknown, rather than as homicides, IF the remains are ever discovered.
An estimated 16,692 persons were murdered nationwide in 2005, an increase of 3.4 percent from the 2004 figure. --FBI Uniform Crime Report, 2006
