Right and I was guessing it will be someone who is fading a bit. I certainly agree that someone who is black might not count as joining something like the Nation of Islam is not quite the same a white star joining mainstream Islam.
BTW, as I recall some minor upper class Briton has converted?

Actually, I believe a couple of them have converted, including the Oxford-educated daughter of a prominent politician, although I'm not up enough on them to name names. Of course, Communism was all the rage at Oxford during its day, too, so I guess it's not surprising that upper class twits have now turned their attention to Islam.

It is inevitable. Some prominent American will want to be the first on his block to pronounce the shahada and become an official worshipper of mohammed. The publicity will be too delicious, and the ego-augmentation unmatched.

The French word for God is Dieu. The German word for God is Gott, Hebrew calls him Adonai or Elohim (which is plural, by the way). Every language calls God something different. Even the name of Jesus is Yeshua, which should more accurately be translated "Joshua." Man's finite language is inadequate to name and give glory to God.
Allah is the word for God in the Arabic language. Whether or not the Muslim definition matches the creed in which you believe is an entirely different matter. It's not up to any man to pass judgment on another's religion. All you can do is decide for yourself and allow others the same freedom. Anything less shows a lack of charity and benevolence that, by any estimation, should be qualities of a person professing the Christian faith.

They worship a god called "Allah", but they don't worship God.
