Buchannan will be seated in January with the rest of the House. If Pelosi tried to seat the Democrat, then Buchannan and the GOP could sue Pelosi and the case would certainly be decided in favor of Buchannan in a Federal appeals court, if not by the original Federal judge. The SCOTUS would agree with the appeals court and refuse to hear the case. So Pelosi will not try a stunt like that and the Florida courts won't force a revote. This kind of thing bothers me though, along with those last-minute surges of votes that usually go strongly in favor of Democrat candidates. Republicans need to start spending more money on investigation and prosecution of vote fraud.
