Two-minute infomercials sponsored explicitly by Sears helps keep the homosexual network on the air.
Sears has thrown its support to the LOGO network. LOGO is the 24-hour cable television network dedicated to programming for lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders according to a homosexual advertising website. It is carried on many cable systems around the country. Many of you have been forced to accept it as part of your cable package. Sears is now helping to make it mainstream!
Sear's advertising will help LOGO air shows like "Sex 2K Drag Kings," "The Gayest and Greatest of 2006," and "Transgeneration."
Sears advertising (two-minute infomercials) will go to help the fledging network get on firm financial ground. Sears advertising is financing LOGO's push to legalize homosexual marriage in addition to promoting the homosexual lifestyle.
Sears is owned by Kmart Corporation.
Take Action 1. Send an email to Sears asking them to cancel their advertising on LOGO.
2. Call your local Sears store and ask why Sears is supporting the homosexual network with its advertising.
3. Forward this email to your friends and family.

Really. Sears is just catering to a segment of their customer base. What a surprise.
To me, I don't necessarily mind that people not shop at Sears for showing a commercial on a gay channel IF we stop getting this stuff peacemeal and get every store, resturant, company that is doing the same thing whether giving money, showing an occasional commercial or giving some sort of benefits to domestic partnership. We have one different thread every fews days on one store or another that if this really upsets people than I suspect that people should stop ALL SHOPPING forever and just start a garden (God forbid that the tools are from a company that gave a few bucks to a gay group though). That is my main problem with this. I truly believe that it is unfair to penalize one company when we really don't know all the companies and stores etc that do this sort of thing. I guess everyone here believes I should get rid of the families Kenmore appliances and the skillcraft tools...

This is how the AFA shows what a completely irrelevant and useless outfit they are. I might even wonder if this is some liberal group trying to make conservatives look stoopid.
Oh my, some gay people might actually buy something from Sears. Wow. Please forgive me if I am underwhelmed.
Yes, the infiltration of corporations, businesses, foundations, educational institutions and all brances of government continues apace.
And those of us who disagree are labeled as kooks, extremists, haters, homophobes and the newest one, "prudes". I'd rather be on the right side even if it's (temporarily) the losing side.
Confession Time: When I was a young, wide-eyed liberal working in marketing, I once voted in favor of our company advertising in a gay publication. My bosses were hesitant, but I argued in favor of it: "They spend money, too." The irony is, when it came time to work on the print ad, the men running the gay publication didn't want to deal with me (a woman). They were very curt and short with me; they only wanted to speak with the men in charge.
